Mary J. Szczepanski "Never Give Up" Scholarship Program

Accelerated Cure Project is pleased to announce a partnership with the Mary J. Szczepanski "Never Give Up" Scholarship Foundation.  Through this program, eight $500 scholarships will be awarded to seniors at Michigan high schools for raising the most funds for Accelerated Cure Project during the 2007-2008 school year.

Funds for scholarships are donated by local Michigan residents and businesses.  Funds raised by the students benefit Accelerated Cure Project's MS Repository program.

Two scholarships per school will be available specifically for students at Catholic Central, Kenowa Hills, and Covenant Christian High Schools (one for a male student and one for a female).  One scholarship will be available for students competing at Comstock Park High School.  One scholarship will be available to students competing from all other Michigan High Schools.

The timeline for the 2007-2008 school year program is as follows:

November 1, 2007: Registration Opens

April 1, 2008: Deadline for turning in all funds raised

April 2008: Scholarship winners notified

May 2008: Funds released to academic institutions of scholarship recipients toward Fall 2008 tuition
